Netball

It is a great honour to be taking on the role of President of the Ports Netball Club for the 2023 season. Last year we saw success both on and off the court with all junior grades making the final series and the C2 progressing as far as the Prelim Final. We also had a number of juniors and seniors representing Eastern Eyre Netball Association at carnivals throughout the season.

I am looking forward to seeing us continue the success from last year and being a netball club that is stronger than ever before! During the off-season we have been working with Sarah Powell and Champions Academy to develop a Strategic Plan for the Ports Netball Club to continue our on-court and off-court success. We are also fortunate enough to be welcoming Jackie Blyth, high performance coach at the South Adelaide Premier League Team, to our club for a weekend of development and mentoring sessions for our coaches, junior and senior players, on March 25^th and 26^th. She will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience after previously working with Netball Tasmania and Netball Australia. What a fantastic opportunity!

With a strong turnout to the pre-season sessions conducted thus far, it is going to be a cracking season. Thank you to all our valuable sponsors for their ongoing support throughout 2022 Season, and we look forward to working with you in 2023.
